Going back in and re-reading the papers, I have a thousand questions, many of the answers to which can be found on this tool at my disposal. In the case of others, though, the answers are not so easily searchable, as it were.

It stands to reason that something more in going on in the case of those people who are this profoundly evil. If the nobility of today are the same entities who have transferred their souls into new bodies for the past 800 years, then it leads me to wonder: Who or what was the original source? Do the throngs of people who live today, those who inhabit the halls of 'power' and who have no remorse for human life - do they 'remember' who they were way back when? If a soul 'cheats' the natural cycle of birth and death and is transferred into a new body, does the memory come with it, kinda like the deluxe package? And did the Annunaki hand-pick this ruling class before skipping town?

In the case of Yogis who practice this type of transference in a more natural sense - do they 'remember' when the eyes reopen in the new body?

The Igigi.

Many do, but not all.

Yes, memory stored in the identity is retained (memory stored in the body is lost when the body is lost).
And did the Annunaki hand-pick this ruling class before skipping town?
No. The ruling class were the ones that took advantage of the opportunity, when it arose.

Of the ones that I have researched, yes, they have complete memory of not only their last life, but every life they have led. Think of it this way--in the old days, when a TV tube burned out, all you needed to do was to replace the tube--not the set.
