FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Yahoo Tells Users: Let Us Read Your Emails or -- Goodbye!,
https://www.startpage.com/eng/press/yah ... mails.html

NEW YORK: As of June 1, all Yahoo email users are required to upgrade to the company's newest platform, which allows Yahoo to scan and analyze every email they write or receive. According to Yahoo's help page, all users who make the transition agree to let the company perform "content scanning and analyzing of your communications content" to target ads, offer products, and perform "abuse protection."

This means any message that Yahoo's algorithms find disturbing could flag a user as a bully, a threat, or worse. At the same time, Yahoo can now openly troll through email for personal information that it can share or hold onto indefinitely.

Gay and haven't come out yet? Yahoo knows. Having an affair? Your spouse may not know - but Yahoo does. Any interests, ailments or projects you'd rather not share? You're sharing them with Yahoo, perhaps forever.

The new tracking policy affects more than just Yahoo account holders. Everyone who corresponds with a Yahoo email account holder will also have their own message content scanned, analyzed, and stored by Yahoo, even if they themselves have not agreed to Yahoo's new terms of service.

"Emailing through Yahoo means surrendering your privacy, whether it's your own account or your friend's," says Harvard-trained privacy expert Katherine Albrecht, who is helping to develop StartMail, an upcoming email service that will not scan its users' correspondence. "It's time we start paying attention to these policies, because they're growing more shockingly abusive every day," she added.

Where prior versions of Yahoo had tracking policies buried in the fine print, the company's tracking agenda is now openly stated in paragraph 2: "When you upgrade you will be accepting our ...Privacy Policy." That is, its anti-privacy policy.

Concerned Yahoo users are invited to check out StartMail, a completely private email program slated for release this Fall. Anyone who would like to be a beta tester can visit StartMail (http://www.StartMail.com) and sign up for the upcoming release.

Rest assured: That information will not be shared with anyone at all.

Especially not Yahoo.

I think as a general rule, most conscious people dont use electronic communication for stuff where privacy really matters.

Also keep in mind that there are things you can do to make it harder for them to "snoop" on you. Just encrypt your emails. There are many tools one can use.

I agree that its unethical of them to do what they are doing, not because they want to target ads better, but because its an abuse-friendly policy.

Does it really matter if Yahoo knows you're having an affair or you're gay? Soon the whole world will know everyone else's thoughts anyway. Its a natural part of our evolution. The internet is kind of like a crutch to use until we can properly walk. Transparency is the way forward. If Yahoo closes e-mail accounts they don't like, well, so what? There are thousands of other places to have e-mail accounts at.

Keep in mind that ISPs keep track of traffic anyway. If someone wants to find you or find things out about you, they don't need access to your e-mail to accomplish it. If your concern is privacy, I would suggest your concern should rather be freedom instead.

Nothing in this world is moving toward more secrecy, everything is moving toward more transparency.

Daniel is busy going over more information after his trip away and is currently revising the first Anthropology paper, from other topics in the forum, added for convenience:

Yeah, daniel is back and wound up like a spring from his little trip into the mountains. Apparently, some old Ute shaman showed him how to contact the nimerigar directly, which apparently involves a technique similar to smudging various herbs at particular locations. It appears that a lot of our "incense" stuff may actually be a procedure to interact with the LMs at various levels.

Those papers are undergoing a major rewrite. I'm not sure how he is going to present this info... should be interesting, as it turns out everything we know about heaven and hell is backwards (No surprise there). He is in complete agreement with the Etidorpha material, in that they way to heaven is through the Earth's ultra-high speed core--the soul of the planet. And it is Hell that rains its fire and destruction down from the sky, in the form of Annunaki nukes and particle beam weapons! We've been trained to view it in the aspect favorable to the "gods."

He also said we need to worry less about the SMs and more about the blue bloods, and to make sure "those idiots don't blow up the moon."
Djchrismac wrote:Just had a quick read up on herb smudging there (http://www.taosherb.com/store/sacred-herbs.html) but they don't mention LM's funnily enough! :D
You might want to check folklore instead. According to daniel, it's "smoke signals" in the original, Native American tradition... the aromas of the various herbs combine to form a type of olfactory communication system, which apparently can be picked up by the LMs some 10 miles or so distant. The combination of herbs, the order they are smudged or burned, and the relative placement make up the message.
bruce wrote:Daniel is doing a major revision, after his trip to the mountains. He's not posting at the moment because he wants to get all his thoughts down while they are fresh in his mind.
Why not use this time without an update to read Etidorhpa and check out the post on the Hollow Earth for an idea on what's coming for the revision!

Why, thank you for the clarification. My town is currently experiencing an increasingly dire weather situation, major flooding in unprecedented locations and volumes in our towns history, has certainly changed the mood and consciousness amongst us, and looks to be paving the way for next weeks alleged "black swan" Cabal event, according to several sources of Benjamin Fulford, in his latest update this week. The final showdown is on our door step, is what all this is saying, including the energy, mood, synchronicity and stress levels going on right now. That is what I think. Anyone else seeing this?
