I just recently learned about this...it is called Ho'oponopono. You say 'I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you', basically taking responsibility for all 'bad things' you encounter in the world or hear about on the news. Very interesting stuff.

If I may be so bold, the second sentence... it reads and feels like conditioning to me. The first and 3rd, I'm on total agreement with, but eliminating the dark and "negative" in the self, is like take the space out of space/time AND time/space (there's something about densities and time-space/space-time ratios here) and expecting the universe to explode into a rainbow. I'm not saying that we can't temper our 'dark' sides. It's a matter of conscious action/inaction when we find ourselves tuned to a 'dark' thought that sets us apart from those who we would label vile, evil, psychopathic. Can we exist in a reality with less suffering? Absolutely! But I, personally, don't think/feel it's going to be the product of having eliminated part of the code that generates our reality. Noticing the code, accepting it is there, but not acting on it will decrease the amount of flow of said code from one processor to the next. It's like FB showing you your friends activity that is in line with the things you search for and talk about. The rest is thrown to the wind, or more accurately, to those that are tuned to it. I post regularly on FB, have a network of over 500 people, but being generous, I'd say that the things I post over there, on a good day, might be seen by a dozen people... again that's being generous. The reason being, that the people who do see what I post, are on a similar frequency, and are ready to see what they see. If I were to go on there now and post the word "boobs", it would probably get sent to a greater majority than just the 12. By raising our consciousness, we tune out of the 'boob' posts/'dark' thoughts, and tune into the posts/thoughts that better serve our personal development.

I think that there is a even deeper meaning to that particular sentence. Not to be taken literally of course, since it is impossible to eliminate your "dark side" and be "happily ever after" type. I would think more of greatly limiting the "dark side" of the self from emerging to surface in thoughts, feelings and emotions. This way one would be more in control of oneself and stay more creative, respective and loving than those types who still have "outbursts" when criticized on. Although everyone has their weaknesses and "pressure points" to be easily agitated. Maybe we all should find these "weak spots" within ourselves and work on them so we would be more tranquil than ever before in stressful situations. This would also be helpful to achieve for easier and faster success of evolving ourselves as well as others. So it would be more suppression than elimination of negativity.

Let us see this from another point of view, where do you need negative thoughs anyways? To survive perhaps. They just intend harm that causes more harm and so on. I mean I'm not always positive minded either, but neither have I negative thoughts all the time. Maybe we should just make a compromise and balance all thoughts to oscillating between "good and evil" or rather in the middle there in "neutral zone" and sometimes wander off to good or evil, but mainly keep mind on the neutral zone to learn and understand more about the whole picture of totality. I dont know what I'm saying anymore just thinking and writing and trying to understand what I just wrote about the "neutral zone".

The trouble is.... when researchers quite genuinely put this point forward, it's like crying wolf.
People begin to say, "Look, it's ridiculous. You say there's an invasion. There isn't. This is going to happen, there isn't."
All I would say to you is that if you make enough noise and bring it to the attention, they can't do it because too many people have woken up to it.
And the hope is they keep on doing this and then the voices of dissent get less and less and less until something happens.
Some people get wind of it but not enough.

It would serve the Illuminati very well.

So that is why we should not cry, "Fear porn!" and refuse to talk about potential false flags.

I joined a forum recently and I can see that it's quite tightly controlled by the cabal. They only want people to talk about soft subjects. It's meant to be a conspiracy site but when I bring up some juicy stuff, it gets the brush off. They seem to have a number of plants there but it may just be one person with several personas. I guess life on this planet is an interesting experience ..... provided one isn't stuck here for thousands and thousands of years covering the same ground again and again because one's memory gets wiped each time one gets sent back.
