If you want meat, the only way to go is Kosher.

In theory... on paper... better than average, but I have a buddy whose job entails touring the meat processing facilities from time to time - here in beautiful and sanitary ChiTown. Just as many violations in the kosher process as "regular".

BTW, you cannot turn a smartphone off... the electronics remains active, still pinging towers, GPS locating and staying connected so it can beep at you when you get a message. The only way to actually turn it off is to remove the battery--which I understand you can no longer do on most phones. Thes...
